Auto Insurance Claims: Car Totaled, occasional driver, question air

Question
My girlfriend, totaled my car-which is actually my father's car, she was not on the policy.  What are the right answers to the question-air they sent me; I know if you answer wrong they won't comp you and I don't understand half of the language.

Okay, heres the deal,
It asks where does the driver live? Kind of shady because she lived where the accident occurred about six hours from her insurance's listed address, we both attend college here.  Do we list her parents address, or the address in which she was living while in school?

What is the drivers relationship to you?
-I was going to put "friend" is there an wrong answer?

How often does this drive use your vehicle?
-This is the one I don't know what to put, it varied really from once a month to bi-monthly either way it was on rare occasion, but again-is there an wrong answer?

How many miles does this driver drive your vehicle one way to work, school, etc?
-is there a wrong answer to this question? and again, it varied widely

And finally, Is this driver the occasional driver of any of your vehicles? If yes, which one ______________.
-Is bimonthly occasional?  Is there an wrong answer to this question?

Thanks for your help I'm really hoping my dad just doesn't give up on me after all this, he surely will if he gets shafted by the insurance company.

Thanks again,
Matthew

Answer
Hi Mathew,

Provide the shortest truthful answer to each question. Give her actual address. State that she is a friend. State that she drives your car only on occasion. State that she does not drive the vehicle to work or school, but, only on occasion to run an errand. State that you do not have any other vehicles that she would ever drive.

Just keep all answers as short as possible.

I hope this helps
