QuestionI got into a acccident on April 19,2008 and I did not see a doctor untill May 9, 2008 for a headaches I was getting since I have been driving. It was the other persons fault but since I waited so long(because I thought it would go away) are they still liable?

If you carry medical payment coverage on your own insurance policy, be sure to have your own company pay your medical bills instead of using your health insurance.
Also, please do not treat with a chiropractor. The entire insurance industry is extremely anti-chiropractic and an injury claim based on chiropractor treatment only has a value of about 50% as opposed to treating with a Medical Doctor and prescribed physical therapy.
