Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 2003 Ford F-150 A/C, ford f 150, how to use a voltmeter

Question
How can I determine if my blower motor needs to be replaced or the condenser? No air comes out when i turn it on but as long as I am driving a very small amount of cool air is felt blowing out no matter if its turned on high or low.

Answer
Sorry bout the late reply.  Busy weekend with hockey.

Do you have any blower speeds at all?  If you put the system on Max ac does it stop the flow of air?  It sounds to me like the only air yhou are getting is from outside wind speed.

Check the fuses to the blower motor and be sure to wiggle the harness that goes into the motor.  If you know how to use a voltmeter I can help you accurately diagnose this problem.  The condenser has not bearing on airflow into the cab.
