Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 2004 Dodge Ram w/Hemi--A/C STOPPED, dodge ram, climate control

Can you please help me?  The A/C on my truck stopped... If you turn the low to high nob, it doesn't do anything, but while I'm driving, I can feel cold air coming through the vents.  We took out the blower motor(under the glovebox) and tested it with some wire and the battery and it works... we also replaced the resister switch under there... neither made it work. What else could be wrong?  Could the switch panel be broken?

SOUNDS LIKE YOU LOST THE HVAC /MICRO CONTROLLER OR CLIMATE CONTROL PANEL.THERE SHOULD BE POWER ON BOTH WIRES GOING INTO THE BLOWER MOTOR. THE BLOWER SWITCH CONTROLS GROUND THRU THE RESISTOR. IT`S POSSIBLE THE SWITHC HAS AN OPEN CIRCUIT. BEFORE CHANGING PARTS ALWAYS CHECK FOR VOLTAGE. NO VOLTS CHECK FUSES..
