I dont not want any bondo at all put into this car all steel. Its in great shape besides these issues and 30 year old paint. I'm just curious as to a average price now adays as to what a body shop could charge me to do this as I am a young guy and never had a car redone. Any input would help Thanks, Pete

Answer
On the low end, for a nice paint job, expect to pay no less than 5000.00 for a quality job. A full on restoration can run into the tens of thousands of dollars, depending upon the shape of the car, and the extent of the work you want done. Rebuilding motors, transmissions, and suspensions will add significantly to the cost of a restoration, but will add greatly to the value of the car. Bill
