Auto body repair & detailing: Some body issues.., rust holes, rust hole

Question
Okay. I own a 77 Ford f150 the box is shot. and the floor is well.. still sort of exsistent... There's also rust around the windshield. What can I do to fix most these problems? Would I beable to have a welder weld a peice of metal in place of the floor? Or do I have to get the actual floorpan parts?

The box, I am not too worried about I am making it a flat deck. Any tips on getting the stupid thing off?

As for the window rust, I am not sure what to do at all about that.

Answer
Well my friend you have a big undertaking. You can buy after market floor pans for around $35 bills and trim to fit and weld in. Or fabricate your own sheet metal patches and fit them and weld them. I would spend the $35 bills a side and be done. To install cut out all old metal that fits under the patch leaving the last inch to form something to weld to. Also 3M makes a great metal adhesive that has rust prohibitors in it, a super product! Any other rust holes can be patched by cutting a patch out of sheet metal and welding or gluing in place. Cut the patch one inch bigger than the rust hole. You can hold them in place by clamping or screwing them down. . Hope this helps feel free to ask for more help!
