Auto body repair & detailing: Auto, ford pickup, strange question

This is a very strange question.

Is it possible to turn a Ford pickup into a Ferrari?  

Please endulge the question.  I am looking for an illustration about the possibility of change for a speech.

A Ford will never be a Ferrari. but you can make it look like one. You must understand that you are taking a front engine vehicle and moving it to make a  mid engine.  Plus swing arm front end and solid rear and converting it too independent suspension. Body panels are also gonna be hard to fabricate.It can be done but man its gonna be a lifetimes worth of work.
