Car Alarms: Chapman security system, 1987 volvo 740, volvo 740

I have a 1987 Volvo 740 Turbo inner cooler with a chapman security system installed. I cant get it to start or turn over. I would like to know how to disable or eliminate the system. I brought it and it wasn't running.
