Car Alarms: Auto Starter, auto starter, ford expedition

My Prestiges Auto car alarm not starting lights comes on but not starting..try to start with the key same thing not strating wat could be the issue...I ave a ford expedition 99...with the extra key in the alarm...

Sounds like the fORD PATS system is not reading the
bypass kit you used or it's reading a breach and
is in long tamper mode.

I'd have the guy who installed it inspect it
and fix the issue, or have Ford evaluate and
correct the issue.
