Car Alarms: Jeep Cherokee Silent Alarm, jeep grand cherokee, jeep grand cherokee limited

Ok, So I recently rebuilt the front of my jeep to find my battery was dead, so i replaced the battery. When you replace the battery on my jeep the silent alarm goes off. Unfortunately I cant get it to turn off by putting the key in the door like I usually do, and i cant start the car for more then a few seconds without the alarm shutting it down. I have a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I can figure out it, any ideas?

by the way my power locks don't work on the passenger side.

Something is undone/Mis connected, and the factory alarm depends
on all connections to work properly.
My guess is the wiring to the passenger side may have a contributing
part in this.

I'd start by Re doing/ re evaluating the wiring to be
certain that ALL connections
are done, and done right.
