Car Alarms: 04 solara SLE Alarm, glove box, alarm systems

Question
When driving the car my red led blinks twice, pause blinks twice, pause constantly. When activating the alarm the led stays on solid the entire time the car is locked. I have the toyota installed alarm that senses when the windows are tapped and is supposed to activate for 20 seconds. That feature does not work. The regular alarm does work. Also want to disable the auto lock feature. When unlocking using the fab, the doors relock after about 30 seconds. Speaking of the fab I had to get one from the dealership because when I bought the car it only had 1 key that wasn't a factory toyota key but it does open all the locks ,glove box etc. It's my understanding the light should blink after the car is locked and not while running. I'm trying to give you all the info I can. i want to get the light to do what it supposed to and get the window sensing potion of the alarm to work. Thanks
