Car Alarms: 1995 Prime Alarm, car alarm installation, alarmtek

My 1995 GMC truck has a Prime Alarm that worked great for many years. I had to replace my truck battery. Now I cannot get it to stop sounding the alarm after hooking up the new battery and the electric door locks don't work if it's not connected?
