Car Alarms: remote start, keyless entry systems, car alarms

Hello I have a 99 sebring convertible and I also have a Marksman remote starter alarm, I believe when i got it was called a viper, well last night I went to start it with the remote and it wont start, it goes threw a the steps of starting but just don't start, we looked at fuses they seen to be fine, I don't know if we are missing something, can you please help.
