Car Alarms: Vipor remote start on VW Golf 4, vw golf 4, keyless entry systems

I have had the Vipor remote start kit fitted on my MK 4 Golf but when unlocking the car the Factory cat 1 alarm is not disarming with the Vipor alarm.  lso on headlight activation my HID After market Xenon kit is blowing the fuse constantly so we can only active the side lights on the key fob.
