Car Alarms: Viper ALarm/Remote Start System, 2000 ford winstar, dash area

Question
I have read a lot of your posts and have tried to locate the Valet button on a 2000 Ford Winstar.  The system was installed when the vehicle was purchased.  I changed the car battery and now the system will not allow a restart from the remote or the key.  THe system appears to be a 100ES.  I have found the viper control module and have traced the wires with no luck.  There is no switch attached to any of the wires leaving the module in the dash area.  Any suggestions and how do I get the system to reset.  Thanks
