Car Alarms: adding a python to an 03 F-150, computer resets, 508d

Question
I recently had a Python 460HP alarm and a DEI 508d (motion sensor) installed which keeps going off about every 2 - 4 hours for no reason. Someone had said it might be getting tripped when the trucks computer resets itself?? There is no factory alarm, only factory keyless entry. Any help is much appreciated.
