Is it possible to bypass the factory alarm on a 97 saturn sedan

The 97 Saturn Sedan did not come with a factory security system to my knowledge.

Are you trying to add a system and something is wrong?  

Is there an after market system installed that is falsing?

If you are adding a remote start then there is no alarm or security that needs to be bypassed.  If there is an alarm in the car that is going off for no reason then I would recommend taking down the dash under the steering column and tracing back the wires to find out what type of system was installed.  Once you know what system was installed you can start to diagnose the problem by getting the manuals for it and troubleshooting what ever may be the problem with it.
