Car Stereos: Hi Ed, followup to Car Radio Question, retaining clips, car radio

Question
Hey Ed you replied to me about my question about my car radio and how to remove the face plate without breaking it.

You needed more information about the car radio before you could help me further.

The radio is a Sony - 50W x 4 In-Dash CD Deck with AM/FM Tuner. I believe that's it.
Here is the link to how it looks-

I press the bottom left side and it comes off easily but the right side I have to really yank at it to get if off.
What can you say?

Answer
Hi Andrea.

Please go here.

page #4 please.

As far as i can see, to detach the front panel just push the release button and pull towards you, there is no fancy mannouvering involved. though its not normal to have to jank your face plate to get it off. i would recommend you to examine carefully the retaining clips that hold the faceplate in place. And see whats causing the issue.
Im sorry i couldnt be of much help.

Regards.

Ed.
