I like having the OEM look, but want to replace the stock radio in my 2003 Trailblazer. I would like to have the option for an iPod, but the 2003 radio is not compatible with any product. Will an OEM radio from a later year fit?

If you are looking to change the radio just for the ipod function, you dont have to, there is several different companies that make ipod interfaces for OEM radios, you can get also a plug and play FM modulator for your ipod, this device transmits the signal from your ipod through an FM station, but to answer your question, yes an OEM from a different year "might" fit you just gotta make sure the new radio has the same capabilities for example boss system, premium sound.
