I need to replace the rear speakers in the above car but cannot figure out hoe to get to them without tearing out back dash. help

Hi Gary,

Unfortunately, as far as I recall, you have to get at the speakers through the top, and the only way to get at them is to remove the rear headrests (there should be two screws holding them in place and then untucking the carpet mesh over the speakers.  If that's not enough, you may have to remove the seats altogether to get in there.

For what it's worth, it's not overly difficult, it just may seem daunting.
