Question -
There is no fuel pressure. When I remove the line and turn it over no fuel pumps out. Where do I put the meter, on the pump? What reading am I looking for? Relays and fuses are all good.(new)

Thank you.

Question -
Is there anything that will affect fuel flow to the spark plugs besides, the fuel pumps and fuel pump relay? Can I take out the outside fuel pump and connect it directly to the battery to test it.
I have replaced the transfer pump and the fuel pump relay. Still no fuel to plugs. I have good spark. Thanks.

Answer -
You first need to know the fuel pressure to determine what it is to make sure that fuel is your problem.Using a voltmeter you can measure voltage to see if it indeed is at the pump, relays and fuses.

Answer -
Check for power at the pump when you are cranking.Replacing parts are just going to casue you more problems. You are looking for 12 volts. Also check your body grounds.(the braided wire, battery to body)

Answer
You had mention that you replaced the fuel pump relay, was there power at the relay? If there is not voltage at socket terminal 30 and ground, power is not reaching the fuel pump relay from the battery.
If there is voltage than you can use a jumper wire and jump terminals 30 and 87 there should be power at the pump then.If not check the wiring to the pump under the carpet as it is an 1984 and the wiring tends to corrode inside the casing.
