GMC Repair: 1995 gmc sierra sle a/c, gmc sierra, blower motor

Hi when i have the a/c turned on high it is cold but does not blow out very hard the blower motor sounds like it is working on High but i get a very low breeze coming out of my front vent's and when i put it on defrost vents it does the same thing blows air out very little when i put it on low it sounds like it is off but i can still hear it?

2 things I have seen cause this problem.
First check to make sure there is not a plastic bag stuck up in the Evap core area.
The next thing would be the evap core on these vehicles get VERY dirty... you can take it to yuor local shop, have the blower motor removed, and there is some products on the market that are made to clean the heavy dirt build up off of Evap. cores.
It is a time consuming job, but if done correctly, it does work well.
