Audio Systems: removing factory radio 2003 Toyota Corolla, rear pillar, toyota corolla

Question
I need to remove my car radio in order to attach an antenna booster to the back of it. Started getting poor AM reception. Was told by the dealer that the radio is fine but the antenna wire must be bad. Dealer wnat $400 just to replace the wire! I was told that a "universal glass mount car radio amplified antenna" might boost reception for a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole antenna. I have the booster but need help on removing the radio to access the back part of it to connect the booster(2003 Toyota Corolla). Thanks.

Answer
if the facotory antenna is on the window look for the power booster  in the camry it is on the rear pillar small box that needs 12 volts maybe that piece is defective
adding a booster is not going to solve the problem
to remove the radio there is a screw by the ac vents and the bottom plastic comes out then there is 4 screws holding the radio 7 mm
