my speakers crack on passenger side when turned up but drivers is ok.what do u think maybe the radio?

Possibly the radio. More likely, it is a bad speaker or the wiring/connectors to the speaker have shorted out.
Could be moisture, a damaged speaker surround, or a damaged voice coil on the speaker.
It will be much easier and cost effective to throw a known working speaker in there to see. Inspect the wiring as best you can.
System 'rewires' start around 45.00 (but if you only want new speaker wires installed, it may be cheaper). In a 2000 vehicle, I doubt the wiring is bad.
