Audio Systems: Dodge Dakota radio, dodge dealer, dodge dakota

On 7/3/04 Christina ask a question regarding her radio in her dakota.  I to have the exact same problem and did not get an answer from my dodge dealer.  Could you find out from her how she corrected the problem if she able.

It would take some time for me to locate the previous question and answer. Please give me the complete model number of your stereo and a general over view of the problem that you are having with your stereo.
