Audio Systems: car radio, chevy tracker, car radio

my standard car radio is drifting between stations. i have a 2001 chevy tracker. no repairs have ever been done on the radio. please help!!!!

The problem may be due to several causes. 1-corrosion on the circuit board due to getting wet 2-a failing component on the circuit board. 3-tuner module failing. Please contact me direct for more info on this problem.
