Audi Repair: Vaccuum, jb weld, a4 quattro

Question
I noticed I have a broken vaccuum hose. I have a 2003 A4 Quattro and the part looks like it is located on the front of the intake. There are two round (1 piece) modules with vaccuum hoses coming out of them and they are joined by arms in the middle. One of the hoses are broken therefore not allowing the arms to actuate. When I hold my finger over the broken hose, it creates a vaccuum and the arms actuate and turn. Does anyone know what this part is called? It looks like I wiould have to buy the whole module because it appears that the vaccuum hoses are part of the module.

Please help....

Answer
Sounds like this is the flap for the second choke, used for wide open throttle mixture.  I would have an attempt at repairing this with JB weld, sometimes this is successful.  The vacuum modules are typically around $40 from the dealer, cheaper from the junkyards.  Good luck,  Jan
