Hey i have a 95 Seville and it seem to have a struggle on starting like the starter is being put in slow MO when i turn the key! It will start after like 3 or 4 sec. I'm thinking its the starter but don't know!

I would recommend taking the car to a local service center (not the dealer and surely auto zone or equivelent).

Here is your problem, I want to save you money and aggrevation. Without being at the car and being able to run tests, all I would be doing is guessing. Yes, you could cange the starter, but what if it doesn't fix the problem? You just wasted your time and money. It could be a bad cable or connection or even a battery.

These issues are easily eliminated by a good tech and the right equipment. It saves you money by getting and exact cause instead of guessing.
