Cadillac Repair: Blower motor, plastic blower, cadillac deville

this gramma having problems, blower motor on 1991 Cadillac DeVille will not blow.  when I turn the engine on. it makes all the right noises under the hood but no blowing.  I am a single gram on disablility so need to know where or how to get it out, and is there something about a module and where is that.  You guys are AWSOME, THANKS

Your fault is most likely the POWER MODULE which is located just above the blower motor towards the passengers fender and has 3 screws and an electrical connector attached to it and sits in the top of the big black plastic blower housing. E-mail me at: onlineautohelp@msn.com for a PICTURE.
