Cadillac Repair: Heating, climate control, temp sensor

HI

my heating doesn't work properly. I got a '88 Fleetwood d'elegance 4.5L FWD. The following problem is actual:
The temperature in the car is 6-7 Fahrenheit less than I have chosen on my electr. climate control. I've also replaced the ECC with another but it still doesn't work better. I will replace the outside temp. sensor as well. What else could be the problem? Maybe the BCM? The whole AC and heating are new. Is there a way to check all the sensors? thanks for help romy

Aspiratior.

Air mix door..
