Chevrolet Repair: 1990 Chev key swich buzzes, lock cylinder, buzzes

I took this steering wheel off to tighten the 4 bolts and was carefull I thought. I put it back together and it buzzes all the time,not sure what I did wrong.

Hey,

 The little push in key chime device is probably bent.  If the little tabs touch it gives the chime module a signal that the key is still in the ignition.  When the key is in the tabs should be apart.  Its the little push in tab that is over the lock cylinder.  IT has to be pulled out in order for the lock cylinder bolt can be removed.  If it is broken you can remove and pitch it.
