Chevrolet Repair: Buick (I know its not a Chevy) Roadmaster short, amp fuse, fuse block

Question
Hi.  I have a '92 Roadmaster that keeps blowing the 20-amp fuse for the radio/trunk release/cig lighter, etc.  I've the dealer work on it repeatedly and all they keep doing is replace few wires each time.  At first they told me that the fuse block would need to be replaced but after they said they couldn't get a block for it...and instead replaced wires.  It works for a week or two and then begins to blow fuses.  One think to note: It usually blows whenever I depress the brake pedal hard (and usually I notice that the anti-lock brake light comes on).  I've mentioned it to the dealer and they don't seem too concerned about that.  My question is: How do I disconnect the anti-lock brake to see if it is the cause?  Is there a fuse for this or do I need to disconnect ABS under the hood?  I have spent time under the dash, disconnecting the wires that run the radio/cig ligher, etc. to see if they are the cause, but it keeps blowing fuses.  Any other advice?  Thanks, Blaine

Answer
The only thing I can suggest is try unplugging the radio and see if the fuse still blows.  Other than that you will need to trace every bit of the loom looking for a possible rub through.  Alos make sure no debris is in the cigar lighter that could case a short.  Abs wouldn't be the problem because it is not on the circuit.
