Chrysler Repair: Drivers window on 1999 sebring convertible, postal mail, electrical testing

Question
I recently purchased 1999 Sebring Convert from an individual. The fourth time I put the window up, it ran past it's stopping point and now will not move either way. How is the easiest way to get the glass/window to operate and fit properly? I have removed the door panel, but do not see how to adjust or drop the window any.

Answer
Hi Carnie,
There are instructions for removing the motor drive and window lift mechanism (called the regulator), and replacing the glass, as well as the electrical testing of the controls. These are covered on 8 pages of the '99 manual which I can xerox and postal mail to you. If you would send me back three 44-cent stamps to cover my costs, after you receive the pages, that would be appreciated. Let me know an address if you want me to postal mail those to you.
