Honda: 93 accord problems, accelerater, highway speeds

Question
I have a 93 accord & just had a 35000 mile jdm f22a installed. Sometimes when you try to start it it just cranks. I have noticed that if you turn the key on & wait for the check engine light to go off it usually starts the first crank. Is there a relay sticking or something. I also noticed the drive 4 light on the gear indicater flashes sometimes. When it flashed today & i put it in gear it took off in drive4 (car did not shift cause it was already in drive4) when i restarted the drive4 was not flashing & it took off normal. The car sat for 18 months  Also when driving highway speeds it sometimes goes in & out of overdrive if you barely tap the accelerater. It had done this before sitting the 18 mths. Any help would be greatly appreciated  THANKS!!!

Answer
The drive four light usually indicates your losing overdrive ,better take it to a tranny shop.Hopefully I'm wrong,as far as it not starting right away it may be the main relay also called the pgmfi relay. It controles power to the fuel pump and injectors etc.
