Chrysler Repair: dodge grand caravan 2000: ac stuck on high, dodge grand caravan, fuse box

Question
2000 dodge grand caravan infrequent ticking noise (near stearing column and perhaps related to heavy rains?) then several weeks later stopped only yo have AC stuck on hi and electrical thermo controls in center dash not receiving power, working or lighting up. Fan does work. Heat does not work. Stuck on cold hi ac since then.  I thought the ticking prior to this was a starter sound but read it might be a fuse.  Anyone?

Answer
Hi Sharron,
The fuse that powers the control panel is #6 (20 amp) in the fuse box under the dash on the driver's side of the van. That would be the 6th fuse in the bottom row, counting from the left. So see if replacing that fuse might get something going and let me know what is/is not working.
