Chrysler Repair: dead battery, plymouth grand voyager, delay button

Question
1998 Plymouth grand voyager.  tried to start car and battery was dead.  got a jumpstart and car ran fine but, rear wiper buttons (on/off adn delay button) have been blinking ever since.  my question is... what does it mean when those switches are blinking?  we pulled the fuse on it, just in case it was shorted out and that is what was draining the battery. P.S. we did put a new battery in however this is only day one and the lights are still blinking.please help

Answer
COOLDOWN TEST ENTRY
TO INITIATE TEST:
•Set Blower motor ON HIGH
•Open all A/C outlets
•Depress A/C and WASH buttons simultaneously for 5 Seconds (Until all LED's light)
RESULTS:
•All LED's will turn on for 5 Seconds.
•Cooldown test is running if A/C and RECIRC are alternately flashing.
•Acceptable result is when LED flashing stops.
•Calibration Diagnostics and Cooldown must be run separa
