Chrysler Repair: 99 Chrysler sebring, crank shaft, chrysler sebring

QUESTION: I have replaced crank shaft censor (after market), distributor (used),spark plugs,wires,cap, water pump, timing belt, serpentine belt,alternator belt,(after market) and my 99 sebring jxi convertible still stalls and back fires sometimes it is intermittent only code left that it is giving is a p1931 no one has a clue what to do I have been told to get a new key and have it programed, that after market crank shaft censor don't work on these rigs need mopar. don't know what do to can you help have over 1,000 dollars into it cant just throw my rig away.
