Chrysler Repair: 2002 Town and Country, multiple error codes, fuel level, system voltage

Hello there! I have a question. We own a 2002 Town and Country, and am having a couple error codes popup when I do the three-time key trick.

1682 (I think has something to do with the battery, but not sure)
0420, 0460, 0442, and 0455. In addition to these codes, sometimes (but not all the time) when I start the van all of the gears are circled. Once I shift into any gear like R or D only that one is, but when in Park or N they all are. This happens about once in 5 times, and I haven't been able to find any information on this.

I am very confused to be honest, as I try to take the best care of the van that I can. It has about 160K miles so it gets alot of usage, but is up to date on all its maintenance, etc.
