Hi Taslo,
The lock/unlock motor inside the door may be defective or the wiring to it may be defective. If you want to check out the wiring it is powered by 2 pins on a black/green plug of the body computer that is under the dash up against the firewall on the driver side near the brake pedal assembly. You remove the silencer and knee bolster on the under edge of the instrument panel for access. It has 5 plugs and the plug color may only be obvious upon pulling it out but in any case it is the second one in a vertical column of plugs starting from the top of the module, the one in question has 34 pins and the two wires for the motor are on pins 12 and 27. If you probed those wires (tan/dark blue, tan light blue) with a voltmeter you ought to see 12v applied between them when you try the lock function and then reverse polarity when you try the reverse function. If you do then the actuator/logic is OK so then you would want to go inside the door and check for that same voltage at the motor itself which if present would suggest that you replace the motor. Otherwise tracing the wires to find an open will be necessary. I can send you couple of pages by xerox and postal mail that show the inside of the door and the lock motor location, on the trailing edge after removing the panel trim. This info is from the '02 manual which I believe is applicable to your vehicle.
