Chrysler Repair: 2002 intrepid heater return line, diagrammatic view, room thanks

I got the return line all disconnected but I'm having trouble to take it out of the car. Is there a way to snake it out or do I have to take something else off to give me the room. Thanks in advance

I looked in both the '98 and '04 manuals and I see what you mean. It appears there is a clamp on the return hose near the pressure bottle and then the path goes to the thermostat housing (via the engine?, it is not clear). Nothing is suggested in the manual about how to remove it. I haven't seen this problem so I can't offer any advice. You might check at the parts counter of a dealer to get a diagrammatic view of all the attachments and to inquire at the shop about suggestions.
