MY 91 DODGE DYNASTY HAS A KEY STUCK IN THE IGNITION. i CANNOT GET IT OUT.

Probably the best approach would be to either drive the car to a locksmith shop, or alternatively if you can rotate the key to all the different positions would be to remove the lock cylinder along with the key and take that to a locksmith for servicing. I would verify that you have the key truly in the lock position first however because if it isn't in that position exactly the key will not come out. You may be slightly off center from the lock position.
I can xerox copy a couple of pages and postal mail thaem to you which shows how to remove the lock cylinder from the ignition switch. Let me know a mailing address if you want that.
