Chrysler Repair: 1998 Grand Caravan 3.3, losing the ground, grand caravan

Question
QUESTION: Kevin:  I have browsed most of your answers and have not seen problems like mine. Problem started with driving on streets and van dying as I turned a corner.  It restarted but ran rough, and wouldn't idle with Service Engine Soon (SES) lamp lit.  I was able to drive it the 2 miles to home, with putting it in neutral at lights, and revving the engine.  Now the ASD and Fuel pump Relays click when key is turned on.  It has 40-45 psi at the fuel rail.  It will start and run but soon the SES lamp lites, and back to rough and barely running.  I have found and traced the dark blue/yellow, and dark green/orange wires from the relay center to the ECM connectors, and do not have any opens or grounds. I have tried the smack the top of the dash, and no relief there either. Can you tell me how to troubleshoot the ASD relay issue?

Thanks in advance!

ANSWER: what are the codes for the check engine light?

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: It would show P0201, 202, 203, 204, 205, and 206 plus P0351, 352, and 353.  Sometimes it would have the SES lite set and send the same 9 codes, and sometimes it would have the SES lite set, but read "No Codes Detected"

Thanks!

QUESTION: Kevin,  What is the best way to check if I am losing power from the ASD to an injector?  Can I check the dark green/orange wire at any injector for batt voltage with a test light or DVM? Also how do I check for losing the ground?  Many thanks!

Answer
a test light is easy simple 5$ tool. auto parts store will have them.
to check for power hook the lead to the - battery then go to an injector and when u turn the car on one of the wires will make the test light lite up  U can go ahead and unplug the injector for this. The power will make the light stay on which is what U want.

to check for ground put the lead on the + side of battery.
then go to the other wire that u did not check and do the same thing  the ground will pulse turn on and off fast  get back to me and tell me which part is missing  power or ground pulse.
