Chrysler Repair: Repairing door actuator on a 1999 Chysler Sebring conv., manual roland, door latch

How do I remove the door panel to repair or replace the door actuator. What is
the approx. cost for a replacement part. Are there any photos avail for the
repair process.

Hi Joe,
Roll glass down
Disengage clips holding speaker grille to door trim panel
Remove screws holding door tirm panel to door (8 of these: behind door latch release handle, front edge of panel, 3 around speaker, two inside cup where you pull on door, one under a cap at the rear of the panel under the arm rest)
remove clips holding edge of panel to door (at least 5 maybe more)
lift panel up and release upper edge from channel
tilt panel away from door
disengage clip holding latch linkage to back of inside door handle
disconnect electrical connections
separate panel from door
The cost can be found at a dealer parts counter, or go to a wrecking yard. No photos available; I have described a couple of drawings in the manual.
