Chrysler Repair: Horn and Horn Relay, plymouth breeze, frame rail

Hello, I have a 1997 2.4L Plymouth Breeze, and i am having a real hard time figuring out where the Horn and Horn Relay is located on this vehicle. Do you know where exactly they are located?

HORN RELAY
REMOVAL
Open driver's door and remove instrument panel end cover.
Remove horn relay Horn Relay Location
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedures



HORNS
REMOVAL
Hoist and support front vehicle on safety stands.
The horns are located behind the front fascia on the right front frame rail. Remove the splash shield as necessary for access. front.
Disconnect the wire connector from the horn.
Remove mount bracket attaching bolt from the front frame rail. Do not remove horn from mounting bracket Horn Location
Remove horn from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedures
