Chrysler Repair: overheating minivan, question pool, waterpump

My gf van is over heating and we thought it was the water pump at first and when we look under the car the coolant is draining out...We was thinking about a blown water hose or whatelse could it be?

It depends upon where the leak is coming from on the engine, If it is from the front of the engine (near the right tire) then it could be the waterpump or a hose. But try to visualize exactly where the leak is coming from by means of a light, looking up from underneath. Tell me which engine you have if you write back.
