Chrysler Repair: Regarding 1999 Concord Digital Climate Control, negative battery cable, climate controller

Whom it may concern

I do have 1999 concord.
Last when I trying to use digital climate controller, there was no LCD lights on the controller. I can not read anything on the controller.

Please let me know how to fix the problem.
I tried to remove the digital climate controller from the dashboard but I don't know where to start.
Please let me know...
If you do have diagram please let me know.

HEATER - A/C CONTROLS
REMOVAL
Open hood and disconnect the negative battery cable remote terminal from the remote battery post Negative Battery Cable Remote Terminal
Remove the ash receiver assembly, if necessary.
Remove the instrument panel center trim bezel and remove the two electrical connectors from the back of the control head and traction control switch (if equipped) Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Removal and Heater - A/C Control Head Removal
From the back of the center trim bezel, remove the six retaining screws from the heater - a/c control head and remove from the bezel.
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedures.
