Chrysler Repair: 01 T&C Instrument Panel Switch Bank has no power, body control module, hazard light

Question
The instrument panel above the radio (Rear Wiper Controls, Heated Seat Controls, Hazard Lights Switch) is obviously not powered. None of the items work either. I tried to figure out if there is a specific relay or fuse but got no where. I even called the service dept at 2 local dealerships and they had no idea about any relays. If you could help I'd be very appreciative.

Answer
Hi Stewart,
Thanks for that question. I had been looking for the hazard light switch and now I know where it is!
That panel seems to be powered out of the body control module on what is called its 'fused ignition switch output (run-start)'. That current comes from fuse 23 (10 amp) in the integrated power module (under the hood fuse/relay box) and from there to the ignition switch. So take a look at that fuse to begin the troubleshoot. The wire that brings that voltage to the body control module is on pin 5 of the green plug at the body module. The output to the switck bank is on pin 10 of the gray plug at the module. There is a 13-pin plug into the switch bank, and on pin 4 you will find the 12 volt supply to be present when the ignition switch is in the run position. The only other possible explanation is that the ground wire on pin 10 of the same plug has been disconnected from the ground point (check to see that it shows 0 ohms to ground).
That is what it looks like, and I would appreciate your letting me know what you learn.
