Chrysler Repair: 2000 LHS - no high beams/fog lamps, fog lamps, high beams

Neither both high beams nor the fog lamps turn on.  When high beam is activated via stalk control, high beam indicator lights but no high beams.  When headlight control is pulled out, neither the fog lamp indicator nor the fog lamps lights.  High beams do not light when using "flash" for passing on stalk.

Hi David,
I believe fuse C (30 amp) in the power distribution box under the hood is blown or has a subtle crack in its conduction wire. If that were blown it would take out all the lights and indicators as you described. Please let me know via the "thank and rate" tab if I am wrong.
