Hi Adam,
The interior of the cap has wiring rearrangements so that the spark plug wires run minimal path lengths and crossovers. Starting with the retaining screw on the cap that faces the front of the car, and going clockwise, the order is: 6-2-4-5-3-1  See if that solves your problem and let me know if you have any problems.
