Chrysler Repair: dome light, radio, power mirrors 2000 ram 2500, internal fuse, loose ground

I have a 2000 ram 2500.  The dome lights, radio, and power mirrors don't work.  Checked all of the fuses,with a test light, pulled all of the maxi-fuses and checked them with an ohmmeter.  What,s next?

I don't have any wiring diagrams for your truck, but because you are sure that the fuses are good I would be inclined to take a look for a loose ground point which would prevent completion of the current circuit back to the - post of the battery. You might verify that you are getting 12v to one pole of the dome bulb socket and then test the other one to see if it is grounded by opening a door. Similarly check the ground for the radio and the power mirrors. Another possibility is that the internal fuse conductor is cracked but then open's when a few mA is flowing thru it. I'm sorry to not have any specifics about a truck body vehicle.
